How Power Mind works

Select your affirmation and press play. Add optional ambience or start your music or podcast first. Adjust each volume and set a timer.

Return tomorrow.

Each complete play adds to the affirmation’s daily counter. The suggested goal of 100 is adjustable. Repetition is a practice, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

How do I use the Home Screen widget?

On iOS 17 or later, add the Power Mind widget from the Home Screen widget gallery. It uses the mix currently selected in Power Mind, so choose an affirmation in the app first. The widget can play or pause that mix and shows its daily progress. Widget information refreshes according to iOS; the count inside the app updates immediately.

What is free?

Free includes one affirmation, one background sound, looping, a timer, daily counters, the widget, categories, and favorites. Power Mind Pro is an optional one-time purchase for unlimited affirmations and all included background sounds. Your existing recording remains accessible.

How do I restore Pro or redeem a code?

Open Settings → Power Mind Pro and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple offer codes can be redeemed from the Pro screen on a supported iOS version. A code is never conditional on leaving a review.

My microphone or playback isn’t working.

Check microphone permission in iPhone Settings → Power Mind, select an affirmation, and check your volume and audio output. Other audio apps keep their own playback controls.

Who operates Power Mind

Recordings and microphone access

The microphone is used only when you record. Audio, titles, notes, categories, and favorites are stored on your device. Power Mind does not upload or transcribe them. On iOS, the app and widget share a local container for the selected affirmation’s title, playback state, daily counts, and goal. No recording content is shared with analytics.

Optional analytics

Usage analytics is off by default. If you consent in Settings, PostHog Cloud in the EU processes predefined events such as completing onboarding, saving a recording, starting a session, listening for at least two minutes, and opening the Pro screen. These events include a random app identifier; on iOS they may also include device/app information. On Android, analytics requests disable location enrichment and person profiles. They help improve the product and are not used for advertising tracking. Audio, affirmation text, notes, and filenames are never sent. No session replay or screen recording is enabled. You can withdraw consent in Settings; this stops future analytics collection. Analytics data is retained for no longer than one year. Turning analytics off does not delete events already sent. Contact us to request information, access, or deletion; locating an anonymous installation’s events may require its identifier. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Feedback and support

If you voluntarily send feedback, we process your reply email, message and request identifier so we can respond; Android submissions also include platform information. The feedback service uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including D1 storage in the EU, and Gmail for support delivery. A daily hash derived from the requesting IP address is used for abuse prevention. Scheduled maintenance removes successfully delivered D1 submissions when their creation date is more than 90 days old. Undelivered submissions are retained for retry without a fixed maximum age. A minimal promotional-allocation register is retained without automatic expiry, separately from feedback messages. Support email may be retained as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. Feedback is not used for marketing. Please do not send private recordings or other sensitive information in feedback.

Android notifications and installation data

Power Mind uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android notifications. Registration can occur before you grant notification permission. Firebase processes an installation identifier, delivery token and notification content and metadata. Our notification service uses random anonymous user and installation identifiers and session credentials, without requiring an account or email address. It receives the delivery token, Android platform, app package, environment, language, time zone, notification permission and delivery preferences, including schedules and quiet hours, to manage reminders. Push tokens are encrypted at rest. The service uses our server infrastructure and Cloudflare for HTTPS routing. Turning notifications off stops delivery but does not delete these service records.

Purchases

Apple processes payments, offer codes, and refunds. Power Mind checks Apple-verified transactions to determine whether Pro is unlocked. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s privacy policy and App Store terms apply to its services.

Google Play purchases

On Android, Google Play processes payments, code redemption and refunds. Power Mind reads Play purchase records, including the product, purchase status and purchase token, to verify Pro access, acknowledge purchases and restore ownership. We do not receive your payment-card details. Google’s privacy policy and Google Play terms apply to its services.

Backups and external audio

On iOS, device or iCloud backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings. On Android, cloud backup of app data is disabled; device-to-device transfer can depend on the device manufacturer. Power Mind does not access or identify audio playing in other apps.

Retention and deletion

Delete recordings individually or from Settings. Removing the app and its data removes its local recordings, but does not automatically delete feedback, analytics or notification records already sent to services. Our notification service expires session credentials after 90 days; this is not automatic deletion of installation or profile records. Maintenance removes service events older than 90 days and notification occurrences 30 days after expiry, except records still being sent. Installation and device metadata have no automatic age-based deletion rule. Contact support@bitlabapps.com with questions or requests about service data, including access or deletion; an anonymous installation identifier or feedback reference may be needed to locate the relevant records. Deletion requests may leave minimal security or operational records. Contact emails are used to handle your request. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

This support site uses no advertising cookies or product analytics. The hosting provider processes ordinary request data necessary to serve the page. We update this policy when our practices change.
